Shipping is calculated at checkout, and we aim to have your goodies with you within 5 working days via Royal Mail.
We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly and efficiently, with most orders dispatching within 24 hours of being placed. Orders are NOT processed at the weekend or on UK Bank Holidays
Returns & Refunds
We really hope you are happy with your purchases, but we totally understand that sometimes things just don’t fit or aren’t quite right. Don’t worry, sending your items back is perfectly acceptable and easy to do. As we are just starting up we are asking people to pay for their returns but hope to change this once we are a global online phenomenon (!)
Simply fill in the returns form that comes with your delivery, package the items up and pop them in the post (use recorded delivery for your own insurance & unless items are returned using recorded delivery, O&P cannot refund items in cases where your parcel does not make it back to the boutique) to: The O&P Returns, Barrow Hill Barn, Barrow Hill, Goodworth Clatford, Andover, Hampshire, SP11 7RG
You’ve got 14 days to send item(s) back to us after receiving your order. Please ensure that the original tags are definitely still in place and the original packaging too if possible, otherwise they will not be eligible for a refund. For item(s) returned after this time we reserve the right to return the item(s) to you. The following items are non-returnable: Sale items, Gift cards, Swimwear & pierced earrings. We will aim to process your refund within 7 working days of receiving your items.
We will happily exchange your product if we are able to. Please pop it back to us as mentioned above and we’ll be in touch to see if we can help. If we can not exchange we will offer a full refund or store credit.
Purchases made in-store
Items can be returned (within 14 days of purchase) for exchange or credit note valid for three (3) months. We do not refund items purchased in-store unless the item is faulty. Faulty items can be fully refunded within 30 days.
You are entitled to a full refund up to 30 days after receiving goods if they turn out to be faulty. Any item(s) where a fault has been caused due to customers negligence, such as, but not limited to, pulls from wear or not following the care instructions, we will not be held responsible. Only manufacturing faults will be considered. Please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or, if urgent, call us on 01264 811 533. Please provide your Order Number (on your receipt and begins #) along with as much information as you can regarding the fault, including images where possible to enable us to advise you quickly and correctly the best method for resolution.
